What is the Build / Operate model?
Build covers the four offerings that design and ship AI into production. Operate is our flagship managed subscription that keeps AI systems reliable, compliant, and cost-controlled once they are live. Most clients start with a build and move to operate.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. You own your data and the IP in everything we build. We build on portable foundations and include documented exit and data-portability terms - no lock-in.
Are your systems ready for the EU AI Act?
Yes. We classify each system by risk tier, produce the required technical documentation, and build in human oversight and audit-ready logging. The high-risk obligations apply from August 2026.
How fast can you deliver?
Build engagements typically reach production in weeks, not months, because we design for production from the first prototype.
